This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data practices for the LogBook360 (GlobalVox LLC) website, which are described in the LogBook360 (GlobalVox LLC) Privacy Policy.

1. What Information We Collect About You
Customer Data
As part of your use of the Subscription Service, you may submit Customer Data to LogBook360. Customer Data is information submitted, stored, sent or received via the Subscription Service and is processed by LogBook360 on your behalf. LogBook360's obligations with respect to Customer Data are set forth in the LogBook360 Customer Terms of Service and the LogBook360 Data Processing Agreement.
Use of the Subscription Service
LogBook360 may collect and process information about you and your use of the Subscription Service, for example when you visit the LogBook360 website and interact with the LogBook360 user environment ("Use of Subscription Service Data"). This is considered Personal Data. We collect and process Use of Subscription Service Data for the following purposes:
- Provide and improve the Subscription Service;
- Develop new features;
- Protect the security and safety of the Subscription Service, our customers and others;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Provide targeted marketing and advertising.
Information About Children
The Subscription Service is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under 16, please contact us, so that we may delete the information.
2. How We Share Information We Collect
Service Providers
We use a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in making the Subscription Service available to customers and visitors. These service providers are prohibited from using your Personal Data except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and data protection policies and standards.
Corporate Events
If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by LogBook360 (GlobalVox LLC) on the Subscription Service. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.
Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
3. Product Privacy Disclosures
Google Integrations
LogBook360 accesses your Google Account data strictly for the features you enable (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Single Sign On). We do not use, store, or share your Google data for advertising or any other purposes not directly related to the Subscription Service features. All Google integrations are governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Outlook Calendar Integration
If you enable integration with Microsoft Outlook Calendar, LogBook360 will access your calendar data to provide scheduling and meeting management features. We only access calendar data necessary for the features you enable, and do not share this data with third parties.
Data Practices
LogBook360 does not sell Customer Data. We use Customer Data only to provide and improve the Subscription Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for machine learning and product improvement purposes.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access LogBook360, we receive limited profile information from your identity provider (such as name and email address) to authenticate your identity. We do not receive or store your SSO password.
4. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data in accordance with your subscription and our Customer Terms of Service. After termination or expiration of your subscription, we will delete your Customer Data in accordance with those terms.
