How it works

Add a FR device by entering its serial number, IP address, and location assignment.
2. Configure callbacks
One click syncs the device's internal URL settings so it reports events to LogBook360 automatically.
3. Live heartbeat monitor
Devices ping the system continuously. If a ping is missed, status flips to Offline with an alert.
4. Remote commands
Open a door, reboot a device, or update firmware from the dashboard without visiting the hardware.
